Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a Problem report by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. Tell us the product problem and order number.
2. Additional instructions will be sent to you via email.
3. Wait for the return authorization and instructions first.
4. The product package has a return address.
When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
IMPORTANT BEFORE ORDERING
1. We recommend that you check the size of your body with the tape measure and choose the correct size (cm / inch) from the measure tables.
2. We only supply the cost of changing clothes at the expense of the customer.
3. Products can not be returned due to the buyer’s remorse.
4. Wrong delivery address?
If you provide an address that the courier does not consider to be inadequate, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
You are responsible for the redeployment costs when we have confirmed your updated address with you.
5. Unsigned shipments will be returned to our facility, and the buyer is responsible for the costs.
